  • Minimum of two years previous management experience, private club or high-end resort preferred
  • very strong beer, wine and liquor knowledge, especially in wine and spirits
  • knowledge of liquor laws, compliance, and safety, as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and with minimal supervision
