The Kitchen Manager role at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a full-time, salaried management position with bonus potential. This role focuses on overseeing the Culinary department within a high-volume and fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the culinary team, managing staff recruitment, training and scheduling, ensuring food quality and consistency, controlling labor and food costs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can maintain operational excellence, promote a culture of teamwork and accountability, and support the brand's motto, "Striving for Perfection; Achieving Excellence." The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume restaurant kitchens, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be willing to relocate and travel to support multiple company locations.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will take ownership of the culinary operations and drive continuous improvement in service quality, staff performance, and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with Sales and Events teams to ensure seamless catering and event service delivery, maintain inventory and equipment standards, and enforce rigorous sanitation and cleanliness practices.
