The role of the Sous Chef at Upper Crust Food Service is pivotal to the continued success and operation of the company’s kitchen and dining services. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef supports food preparation, supervises additional kitchen staff, maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensures strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices. This role requires outstanding communication skills to keep management and customers well-informed and to guarantee that all food products meet the company’s high standards. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $22 per hour for locations such as Delta Delta Delta in Michigan.
