The primary responsibility is to support kitchen and dining areas by maintaining cleanliness, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Duties include washing and disinfecting kitchenware and utensils, managing deliveries, properly storing perishables, rotating stock, and maintaining organized work areas. The role requires physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing various movements like bending and twisting. This position is vital to the seamless functioning of the food and beverage services at the Anaheim Marriott. • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely
• Physical capability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
• Ability to perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
