The role of Marlin Bar Assistant Manager is critical to the success of the Marlin Bar restaurant operation. • High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage experience with leadership preferred
• Current food handler's card
• Alcohol service certification as required by law
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
