We are currently seeking a dedicated Event Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of a variety of events hosted at the property, from corporate gatherings to social functions and events affiliated with conventions. The Event Planning Manager will act as the vital link between meeting planners and hotel departments, orchestrating all aspects of the event planning process. This includes preparing detailed event documentation, coordinating with the Event Sales Manager and various property departments, and ensuring seamless communication that results in consistent, high-quality service during the pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
Key responsibilities include meticulous planning of food and beverage arrangements, meeting room setups, and event diagrams. The Event Planning Manager will also handle group billing details and conduct thorough final reviews to guarantee accuracy and client satisfaction. As the on-site contact throughout events, this role demands a hands-on, organized professional capable of managing multiple details simultaneously while demonstrating Hyatt’s core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing.
