As a Union Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests regarding dining reservations and accommodations, utilizing tools like the OpenTable web application to manage and forecast bookings efficiently. Your role includes greeting guests warmly, assisting with menu recommendations, ensuring guests' special needs are met, and supporting service staff as part of a dynamic team. In addition to guest interaction, the Union Host will be responsible for maintaining an inviting dining environment, including upkeep of menus, candles, and necessary special needs items. The role requires open communication with management to address guest issues and coordinate during peak times.
