The Sales Porter is an essential contributor to the sales team, responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership’s vehicle inventory, including both new and used vehicles. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a hands-on role that involves physical activity, attention to detail, and customer interaction while supporting sales operations. As a Sales Porter, the primary responsibility is to assist in the presentation and readiness of vehicles on the sales floor. This includes tasks such as moving vehicles safely across the lot, washing and cleaning cars, applying stickers to used vehicles for the sales front line, and ensuring the showroom remains inviting and well-organized. The role requires basic computer skills, including using internet browsers, ordering ride shares, printing, and managing email communications. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a dynamic work environment where speed and accuracy are highly valued. This position requires the employee to be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and maintain excellent safety standards while operating dealership vehicles. Although temporary, the Sales Porter position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, location, and qualifications.
