This position entails preparing guest rooms by making beds, replenishing terry cloth items such as robes and towels, sanitizing surfaces, dusting, collecting waste, and replenishing amenities like coffee pods and condiments. The Turndown Attendant also creates a relaxing ambiance in guestrooms during evening hours for guests, contributing to a restful stay. • High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Ability to carry and use a radio and earpiece discreetly
• Compliance with gaming license requirements if applicable
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions
• Capable of working in a fast-paced high-demand environment
