- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Have or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
