Servers need to be physically capable of standing for long shifts of up to 8 hours and handling weightlifting tasks involving loads of 15 to 35 pounds, which is essential for the physical demands of the job. Additionally, the role involves dynamic movements such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists, reflecting the active nature of the serving position.
The pay range for this position is from $7.25 to $18.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s competitive wages based on experience and performance.
