The hiring entity is a private Emergency Medical Services (EMS) company based in Dallas, Texas, specializing primarily in inter-facility patient transfers. This company is known for providing reliable, high-quality medical transport services across healthcare facilities, ensuring patients receive prompt and professional care during transit. The company also supports local 911 services as needed, reflecting its commitment to comprehensive emergency response services within the Dallas metropolitan area. With a focus on structured, efficient operational protocols and a high standard of patient care, the company offers a rewarding career environment for paramedics seeking both stability and the dynamic experience of emergency medical work in a travel assignment setting. This role is a travel paramedic position designed for experienced paramedics seeking a rotational schedule that balances work-life commitments with professional growth. The assignment is set for 16 weeks, featuring a unique 14 days on, 14 days off schedule from Wednesday to Wednesday, with 12-hour shifts maximizing both earning potential and rest periods. Compensation is competitive at $6,220 for each 14-day work period, inclusive of a $400 travel stipend to support relocation and accommodation expenses during work weeks. Lodging is provided on-site throughout the scheduled work periods, ensuring convenience and comfort for traveling paramedics. The paramedic's primary responsibility will be to deliver superior emergency medical services and patient transport, responding primarily to inter-facility transfer requests but also being adaptable to support 911 emergency calls as needed.
