The role of Travel Coordinator at Metrea is pivotal in supporting Enterprise Teammates with complex domestic and international travel arrangements. This full-time, non-exempt position operates with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in a hybrid work environment with three days per week in the Tampa Headquarters office. The Travel Coordinator must be well-versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), ensuring all travel complies fully with federal and agency-specific policies. This includes managing travel authorizations, handling reimbursements and vouchers, maintaining meticulous travel records, and generating reports for audits and management review purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience coordinating travel within a federal contracting or government setting. Familiarity with federal travel systems such as the Defense Travel System (DTS), ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, and D365 is essential, along with an ability to handle budget monitoring and cost control in collaboration with finance teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to balance multiple priorities are crucial for success in this dynamic role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

- familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2
