The role of a Full-time Daytime Dining Server at Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is a vital position within this vibrant community. This role involves serving breakfast and lunch meals to residents, ensuring their dining experiences are enjoyable and comfortable. Scheduled shifts are from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., covering key mealtime periods to support the health and well-being of the seniors. The position is benefit-eligible and requires availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the ongoing commitment to resident care. This is a non-gratuity position with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $20.55 per hour or more, based on experience, offering opportunities for wage increases and career growth within the company.
