We are excited to announce an opening for a Ticketing & Events Coordinator in our Cleveland office. This hybrid role offers flexibility with work-from-home options and the chance to be an integral part of the Marketing and Business Development Department. The Ticketing & Events Coordinator will serve as the central point person responsible for managing the firm’s ticket inventory across multiple offices, venues, platforms, and time zones, including Cleveland, Columbus, and Chicago. This position requires managing ticket allocation and utilization to support client engagement, hospitality, and business development initiatives effectively. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ticketing or event coordination within marketing, events, or hospitality environments who wishes to apply their skills in a focused and impactful way. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Services, the Coordinator will oversee the firm’s ticketing platforms, ensure the efficient and compliant use of tickets, and coordinate with attorneys, relationship partners, and business development staff to align ticket usage with strategic goals. Excellence in communication, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-time zone setting are essential. Additionally, this role involves event support duties, troubleshooting ticketing issues, managing ticket-related expenditures, and maintaining transparency in ticket distribution and usage.   • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or client services
