The Ticket Sales Manager position at Boomerang Management is a crucial role responsible for overseeing and growing Rockers Flex Pack accounts along with group ticket sales. Reporting to the Director of Ticket Sales, the Ticket Sales Manager will play a vital role in meeting mini plan and group sales goals and contribute significantly to the overall ticket sales team objectives. This full-time, salaried position is designed for a motivated sales professional with excellent communication and customer service skills who can effectively manage both individual and group sales accounts. Starting in December 2025, the Ticket Sales Manager will be tasked with daily outbound calls, utilizing sales techniques to renew, sell, and upsell Flex Pack purchasers, while ensuring top-tier service for existing ticket holders, prospective customers, and single game buyers. The role requires dedication to developing new sales leads, managing call logs and reports, and procuring group tickets particularly focusing on local businesses and nonprofit organizations to build and sustain the fan base. The manager will be expected to attend weekly sales meetings, submit detailed weekly reports including calls, contract statuses, and revenues, and support special events at the stadium during the offseason, which may include weekends and evenings. The work schedule is flexible and includes an average of 40 hours per week, with variations depending on class schedules and seasonal demands. Work hours may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as necessary.
