The role of Operations Agent at Menzies Aviation is vital to ensuring smooth airline operations on the ground. This position entails managing several critical tasks such as coordinating gates for inbound and outbound aircraft, performing weight and balance calculations for outbound flights, and monitoring communications between crews, customer service, and ramp teams. Given the dynamic nature of airport operations, an Operations Agent must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure within specified time parameters. This role also involves completing regulatory audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and updating flight information systems crucial for operational fluidity. The Operations Agent shift runs from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with Tuesday and Wednesday off, supporting both the operational needs of the airport and flexibility for the employee.
