Managing all elements from staffing and training to budgeting and financial performance, the Director will act as a key liaison among culinary, catering sales, and conference services to provide seamless event delivery that aligns perfectly with client vision. A salary starting at $110,000 or commensurate with experience (DOE) reflects the importance of this role within the resort’s organizational hierarchy. Reporting directly to the General Manager and the Director of Food and Beverage, the Director of Banquet Operations will champion a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence, elevating both team performance and guest satisfaction consistently.
