• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of production experience preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing
• Demonstrated competency to perform job duties through education, training or experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office
• Strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
