This hourly position as a Pastry Cook at The Joseph offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about creating exceptional pastries and baked goods within a luxury hotel setting.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Pastry Chef to prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries for all Food and Beverage outlets by following established recipes. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all items are plated professionally and consistently meet quality standards. You will assist in determining production quantities, conduct taste tests to maintain excellence, accurately complete production records, and help develop new items for à la carte and catering menus. A vital part of your role will include maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards of equipment and workstations during and after each shift. This team-oriented position values a positive attitude, a commitment to quality, and a passion for baking that contributes significantly to guests' dining satisfaction.
