• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment
