We are currently seeking an experienced manned aircraft pilot to join our elite flight operations team. This pivotal role involves acting as the pilot in command for multi-engine land aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence are upheld during flight test operations. The pilot will be responsible for piloting modified Restricted/Experimental aircraft and will play an integral role in advancing aerospace programs that impact national security and technological frontiers. Additionally, the pilot will coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve aircraft discrepancies and ensure compliance with the company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).   • Education or formal training equivalent to a four-year technical degree
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in ground and flight operations
  • Strong aviation background with experience flying modified Restricted/Experimental aircraft
  • Customer focused with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot Airplane Multi-Engine Land (ATP AMEL) Aircraft rating
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • 3000 hours logged total pilot time including 2000 hours Pilot in Command
  • 750 hours Cross Country
  • 150 hours Instrument
  • 1000 hours Multi Engine Land Airplane
  • 1000 hours in turbine airplanes
  • Ability to obtain a DOD clearance(s)
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and lead in a team environment
