The associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in accordance with Hermes' exacting standards, assisting with wrapping and packaging at the point of sale, and maintaining the sales floor’s immaculate presentation. Beyond front-line customer interaction, this role encompasses supporting the sales staff by managing inventory tasks such as hanging merchandise, retrieving stock, and organizing the stockroom to ensure smooth operational flow. The associate will contribute to maintaining the boutique’s merchandising standards, ensuring all necessary items including bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery, are always stocked and ready for use. Additional responsibilities include providing backup support for client services, concierge, greeter, and doorperson activities as needed, as well as handling after-sales support such as logging repairs, maintaining records, and client communication. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking, with a strong commitment to delivering premium customer service.
