As a Team Member, you will be the face of the Caribou experience, creating day-making moments through exceptional service, crafting world-class beverages, and embodying the brand’s purpose. The job requires a mix of customer interaction, barista skills, and team collaboration. Starting pay ranges from $11.23 to $18.71 per hour, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations, with opportunities to develop skills in a supportive and energetic setting. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for hand-crafting beverages to Caribou Coffee's exacting standards, preparing and serving food offerings with care, and managing cash transactions responsibly. You will ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and inviting, always looking ahead to anticipate the needs of guests and fellow team members. The position involves developing lasting connections with guests by practicing active listening, making knowledgeable recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that sparks a chain reaction of good. Flexibility in schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the needs of the business and support your team effectively. The physical requirements of the role include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or sitting for extended periods, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and demonstrate a learner’s mindset, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to making a positive difference every day.
