About the Role: Urban Air is currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join their team in the roles of Court Monitor, Front Desk staff, Party Host, and Café team members. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment centered around customer service and active entertainment. The positions require reliable transportation to and from the park, as well as availability to work on Saturdays and at least one shift during the Monday to Thursday window, plus one shift either on Friday or Sunday. The ideal candidates are high-energy individuals who thrive on delivering excellent customer service and who are comfortable handling cash transactions. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Employees should be at least 16 years old and prepared to participate in physically engaging activities, as the nature of the business requires team members to perform consistently at or above expected levels of physical activity.
