The available position at Buffalo Wild Wings is for a full-time Manager role that involves leading a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is vital to ensuring that guests receive the WOW service experience that the brand is famous for every single day. The Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing team members, enforcing adherence to company service standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations set forth by the Health Department, Ecosure, and corporate policies. A key part of the job includes close collaboration with the management team to monitor and manage food costs, bar costs, and labor costs to meet business goals effectively. The Manager also plays a strategic role in driving same-store sales growth through implementing innovative operational strategies. In addition to maintaining a safe and vibrant working environment, the Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings must also safeguard company assets, including cash handling, equipment, and property, by strictly following all company policies and procedures. Managing and auditing inventory levels to maintain product availability is another critical responsibility to ensure seamless daily operations. This role demands someone who can thrive under pressure, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and possess excellent communication skills.
