This position is for the role of Taskforce/Regional Executive Chef, which is critical within Eurest’s leadership team. Based out of Cincinnati, OH, this executive chef position requires extensive travel, up to 75%, to support multiple locations across the United States. The role involves collaborating with leadership to plan, implement, and support new food concepts or programs throughout a designated territory. The Regional Executive Chef will be responsible for research, testing, development, documentation, training, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and making necessary adjustments to innovative dishes, concepts, or food programs.
The role plays a key part in new facility design and rollout, menu creation, cost reduction, and establishing and maintaining culinary standards in all accounts within the territory. The ideal candidate will lead culinary initiatives that uphold the highest standards aligned with the Culinary Center for Excellence. This position also involves hands-on support such as orienting new chefs, providing culinary leadership, assisting in training and development, managing reporting requirements, and ensuring effective communication with corporate and regional leadership. Familiarity with preparing food in regulatory environments and ownership of service quality is essential.
This is a rewarding career opportunity with Eurest that comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $125,000 per year. - Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of progressive food service production management experience
- Previous multi-unit experience preferred
- Serv-Safe certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition software
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Comfortable working in a regulated food preparation environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
