This part-time Concierge role is based at the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge facility, a vital part of the organization’s patient support services. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests staying at the Hope Lodge, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This position involves managing front desk operations such as guest check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about lodge amenities and community resources, coordinating transportation and EMPOWER program services, and addressing guest needs promptly. The Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and assists in implementing safety protocols to safeguard guests and staff. Working less than 20 hours per week, this role offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour and does not include eligibility for benefits, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time work with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
