They act as the go-to person during their shifts, handling responsibilities such as leading shift meetings, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. This position is designed for a professional who can balance operational tasks with excellent guest interaction, hospitality, and team management during their shifts. The Taproom Lead Team Member must have a comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, food and alcohol safety standards, and customer service principles. In addition to managing shift activities, they are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety, overseeing inventory protocols, and contributing to the achievement of sales and profit goals through efficient labor and cost management. • Must have valid food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance
• Must complete a satisfactory background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and cost control
