The position of Supply Chain Export Coordinator at Mizuho OSI involves managing and coordinating the export of goods in strict compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The Supply Chain Export Coordinator is responsible for various logistics and business activities including generating commercial invoices, supporting international documentation, assisting with sales orders, and resolving open orders with the sales team. Additionally, this role plays a vital part in quality assurance and inspection processes by inspecting inbound parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods for defects and ensuring all products meet specified dimensions and quality standards. The coordinator utilizes specialized measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers and documents inspection outcomes meticulously in the company's ERP system. Another key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to export compliance mandates such as ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations, which require staying updated on any changes to international trade laws and customs requirements. The coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager of Inventory Control & Logistics or the Import-Export Manager and supports the Global Supply Chain teams in maintaining compliance with trade compliance programs. Responsibilities also include cycle count reconciliation, supporting SAP training and process development, tracking shipments, managing trade compliance, and addressing international shipping queries. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and externally with government officials, ensuring seamless and compliant export operations. Located in the San Diego area, this position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $91,000 depending on experience. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for an annual bonus. It requires the ability to travel up to 10%, including some weekend travel both domestically and internationally. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
