The role open is for a Procurement and Supply Chain Leader with a focus on sourcing commodities, packaging, and inventory ingredient items to support both the manufacturing division and restaurant operations. This leadership position involves strategic responsibility for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with the company’s broader objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to lead all aspects of supply chain sourcing and contract negotiation, directly impacting cost optimization, operational efficiency, and supplier relationship management. This position demands a proactive leader who can manage complex sourcing channels, negotiate favorable terms, and drive continuous improvement across procurement functions. Core responsibilities will include overseeing procurement and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, executing supplier program negotiations, and staying ahead of market trends to achieve improved cost of goods.
