The role of Supervisor, Reservations, based within the remote call center environment in the USA, is a key leadership position that directly contributes to sustaining the company’s high standards and reputation. Reporting to the Director of Reservations, this full-time position requires a leader passionate about coaching, motivating, and developing a team of Travel Sales Specialists who deliver outstanding service to travelers and Travel Advisors globally. The Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales excellence, overseeing team performance, and ensuring that each customer interaction reflects Classic Vacations’ signature commitment to quality and care. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters employee engagement and accountability. It involves partnering with training teams to implement effective skill-building programs, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting performance reviews, and managing escalation processes when necessary. The Supervisor also plays a crucial role in building and nurturing strong relationships with Travel Advisors, solving complex customer issues in coordination with multiple internal departments, and using daily and monthly performance data to drive continuous improvements. Additionally, the role includes overseeing management of departmental communications, prioritizing workload, and ensuring timely and professional responses to maintain operational excellence. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, the Supervisor will liaise with outside sales, business development, product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment, feedback sharing, and process optimization across the organization.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within reservations, contact center, or hospitality operations
  • proven experience leading high-performing teams in sales and customer service environments
  • ability to achieve or exceed performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • proficiency in sales strategies, performance management, and customer service best practices
  • strong analytical and reporting skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with Plex or similar reservation/CRM systems preferred
  • knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
