The Supervisor of Inflight Performance role is a pivotal position at Alaska Airlines, designed to coach and guide flight attendants in achieving and maintaining outstanding performance standards. Supervisors support flight attendants in areas such as attendance reliability, passport renewals, and performance trend analysis, working collaboratively with Inflight Base Leaders to implement effective action plans. The role requires a hands-on approach in conducting internal investigations, applying company policies, and employment laws to maintain a fair and high-performing work environment. In addition to overseeing disciplinary processes and investigations regarding work rule violations, the Supervisor of Inflight Performance partners with the Inflight Training Department to support probationary flight attendants through clear communication, feedback, and performance appraisals. The position demands strong investigative and leadership skills to lead fact-finding efforts, manage complex cases, and provide guidance on consistent application of company and contractual policies across all domiciles. The role also involves collaboration with multiple departments, including HR, legal, labor relations, and medical relations, to ensure compliance and promote a safety-first and high-performance culture. The salary range for this position is from $78,000 to $105,600 per year, with pay based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and internal equity across companies within the Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon group.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional two years of equivalent experience in lieu of this degree
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 3 years of HR (Generalist, Employee Relations etc.), airline operations, or equivalent experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% of the time
  • Ability and willingness to accept on-call rotation
  • Ability to become flight attendant qualified
  • Must have the ability to be self-disciplined and operate with minimal supervision, exercising considerable judgement and discretion in all dealings
