The current opportunity is for a full-time Cook position at Monte Vista Christian, located at 2 School Way, Watsonville, CA. The cook will work a flexible schedule including days and evenings, with specific hours to be discussed in the interview process. This role involves preparing high-quality food consistent with federal, state, and corporate standards by following standardized recipes to ensure meals are attractive, tasty, and correctly portioned. The cook must also maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards, operating kitchen equipment responsibly, and supporting inventory and production planning efforts. This full-time role compensates between $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Experience in a K-12 foodservice environment is preferred but not mandatory.
