Superica is currently seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join its dedicated team in Dunwoody. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, and comes with a generous quarterly bonus program. The role offers full benefits eligibility after just 30 days of employment, including major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
The Sous Chef will play a vital leadership role in the kitchen, overseeing the hourly back-of-house staff and supporting the day-to-day operations across multiple areas such as production, prep, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. This position ensures that every menu item is prepared flawlessly, adhering strictly to established recipes to guarantee consistency in flavor and presentation. The Sous Chef aids in training line cooks, empowering them to produce dishes that represent Superica’s high culinary standards.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to step in and lead the kitchen effectively in the absence of the Executive Chef.
