The Director position in the Operations Group for Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space plays a crucial role in leading and managing complex, high-stakes client engagements focused on operational and financial improvement. This leadership role entails working closely with ADAS leadership to craft and implement creative business solutions, manage structured performance improvement plans, and deliver actionable insights derived from meticulous data analysis. The Director is actively involved in client engagements, strategizing direct and indirect cost transparency, margin management, sales and marketing effectiveness, supply chain optimization, operations management, organizational effectiveness, process improvements, SG&A cost reduction, and financial management including working capital and cash flow.
This opportunity is highly suited for candidates with significant consulting or operational experience in strategy consulting, particularly within aerospace, defense, or aviation sectors. In addition, the role offers a competitive salary range from $150,000 to $225,000 annually, complemented by a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
