The Restaurant Manager will lead the restaurant with a positive, open, and approachable management style on a shift basis, overseeing the complete restaurant operation. Responsibilities include active participation in menu changes, hiring, training, and supervising all staff members, and addressing issues proactively to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of three years of progressive restaurant experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role.
