Superica Fenton is currently seeking a spirited and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that Rocket Farm Restaurants is known for. The Restaurant Manager will lead the restaurant with a positive, open, and approachable management style on a shift basis, overseeing the complete restaurant operation. Responsibilities include active participation in menu changes, hiring, training, and supervising all staff members, and addressing issues proactively to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining daily communication logs between staff and management, and vigilantly monitoring labor costs, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profitability. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of three years of progressive restaurant experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role. At Superica, this position offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program.
