The Beverage Bartender at Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach plays an integral role within the restaurant and bar service operations. A part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $16.50, this role demands a professional who is not only skilled in beverage preparation but also excels in customer service and hospitality. The Beverage Bartender will be responsible for delivering food and beverage services with efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism to ensure every patron has a positive experience. This position requires the bartender to greet patrons upon arrival, assist with seating as necessary, and accurately process food and beverage orders while responding to questions about menu items. An essential part of the role includes strict adherence to state liquor regulations and verifying the legal drinking age of customers. Additional duties include preparing all bar mixes and garnishes, stocking the bar with necessary items such as glassware, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, and assisting team members to ensure excellent service.
