The venue currently seeking new talent for a Part-Time Suite Supervisor position is the Sames Auto Arena, managed by Legends and ASM Global. This role is integral to the Food and Beverage Department and reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager. The position is non-exempt, highlighting its part-time hourly nature, and is designed for candidates enthusiastic about providing premium service in a fast-paced, high-profile entertainment setting.
The Part-Time Suite Supervisor plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing daily operations of premium suite services at Sames Auto Arena. The primary goal is to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to company service standards. This involves direct supervision and training of suite staff, meticulous management of food and beverage inventory, and firm enforcement of health, safety, and cash-handling protocols. The Suite Supervisor acts as a pivotal link between the guests and the operational team, delivering exceptional hospitality that meets and exceeds expectations.
The role requires a dynamic individual who can maintain operational efficiency without compromising product quality or customer service excellence.
