The role of General Manager at Braum's is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. This role offers an attractive annual compensation package ranging from $70,500 to $85,000, complemented by a top-tier bonus program guaranteed at the maximum level for the first 12 weeks and paid bi-weekly.
