The Marigold Club, a high-end restaurant operated by Goodnight Hospitality, is currently seeking a motivated and organized Dining Room Manager to join its leadership team. As Dining Room Manager, the candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the front-of-house (FOH) team, ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality and a memorable dining experience. This position requires a passion for food, beverage, and the overall hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on leading by example. Candidates must be adaptable with flexible schedules, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The manager will be responsible not only for daily operational excellence on a high-volume restaurant floor but also for developing staff through ongoing training and mentorship.   • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • honesty, organization, and an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude
  • strong knowledge of operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, food safety, service techniques, financials and administrative operations
  • enjoys guest interactions and thrives on providing hospitality
  • strong financial and cash handling skills
  • knowledge of POS systems (preferably Toast), Microsoft Office, and comfort with frequent email communication
  • ability to work 40 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs up to approximately 50 hours total
