The role of Operations Generalist at Petco is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of merchandising and inventory strategies within the Pet Care Center. As an Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, stocking merchandise, pricing products accurately, and creating an engaging shopping experience that meets the needs of guests and their pets. Beyond stocking and sales, this role involves supporting animal care procedures and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration throughout the Pet Care Center. This full-time position requires hands-on involvement such as working the truck, cleaning the Pet Care Center, operating the cash register, and engaging with customers to provide knowledgeable and friendly service.
