This full-time, non-management position plays a crucial role within the Food and Beverage and Culinary departments of the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel. The hourly wage for this position is $20.42. The role predominantly involves maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in kitchen and storage areas. The responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment like dishwashing machines and trash compactors, washing and disinfecting various kitchen entities including tables, tools, and knives, and properly handling inventory tasks such as receiving deliveries and rotating stock. The role demands adherence to stringent quality, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring that all staff members contribute to a hygienic environment that meets Marriott’s global expectations.
