To perform effectively, the Driver must comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA), undergo required medical examinations, and maintain a constant state of alertness to operate vehicles safely. Proficiency in reading and speaking English to communicate effectively with traffic safety officials and to understand traffic signs is essential.
