Key responsibilities include monitoring guest alcohol consumption to ensure safety and compliance with policies, preparing and pouring drinks according to established recipes, and providing prompt service generally within a two-minute production cycle for multiple drinks. The Beverage Server is also expected to maintain an immaculate work environment, operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, and collaborate closely with bartenders, barbacks, beverage and slots supervisors, and fellow servers. This role necessitates a proactive approach to resolving service issues swiftly and efficiently, always with a focus on guest satisfaction. • must be at least 21 years of age
• previous bar experience preferred
• high school diploma or equivalent
• must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
• read, write legibly, understand and speak English
• excellent customer service and communication skills
• count money and change correctly
• knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
• available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
