Situated within the hotel’s Starbucks Café, the Barista is responsible for delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service that aligns with both the AAA Four Diamond standards and Starbucks quality expectations. This role involves fulfilling beverage and food orders, completing sales transactions, and maintaining the café’s overall cleanliness and organization. The Barista will actively engage with guests, ensuring each interaction is warm and professional, enhancing the guest experience and promoting brand loyalty. In this position, the Barista contributes to the smooth operation of the café and is responsible for upholding health and sanitation standards as regulated by local health codes. The day-to-day duties include preparing a wide variety of Starbucks drink orders to precise standards, serving fresh food items, managing point-of-sale transactions, and handling inventory restocking.
