As a Starbucks Team Member within Food City, the selected candidate will deliver excellent customer service in accordance with the company’s mission to 'Run the Best Store in Town!' Responsibilities include taking customer orders accurately, preparing and stocking Starbucks products, maintaining product quality and safety, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience. The role also involves processing transactions using the point-of-sale system, adhering to recipe and presentation standards to ensure consistent quality, and operating equipment safely and efficiently. With a positive and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow associates, the Starbucks Team Member helps uphold both Food City and Starbucks’ cultural values, integrity, and mission. This position is ideal for individuals aged 16 and older who are eager to learn coffee and tea preparation, product ingredients, and customer interaction techniques, including suggestive selling and product sampling. Previous food service or coffee experience is a plus but not mandatory, as on-the-job training is provided. The job requires adherence to scheduled shifts and attendance policies.
