We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our Dunkin Team. This role plays a key part in the successful operation of each restaurant, ensuring that every visitor receives friendly, timely, and efficient service. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing positive and strong leadership to their team, aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and growth in profitable sales. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workplace safety. Maintaining compliance with Dunkin Donuts standards, franchise requirements, and all applicable laws is an essential part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the foodservice business and a genuine interest in fostering a positive work environment. They will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and building effective teams that work collaboratively to meet goals. The Restaurant Manager will focus on creating a guest-first culture, managing costs to maximize profitability, and executing brand standards consistently.
