This position is part-time, offering a flexible schedule, including Monday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays for several hours, and two Saturdays per month. The Sales Receptionist plays a significant role in ensuring exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers either visiting the dealership in person or calling by phone. The Sales Receptionist is responsible for handling incoming phone calls professionally and promptly, greeting walk-in customers in a friendly and efficient manner, and attending to customer needs by understanding inquiries and providing solutions in a timely fashion. In addition to managing communication, this role requires maintaining professionalism in appearance and demeanor and assisting with tasks such as keeping accurate records of license plates and contacting customers when plates arrive.
