The role of Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) for Aircraft Cabin Connectivity Systems is a pivotal position within Project Kuiper. This role is responsible for defining the requirements, strategy, and roadmap for delivering high-speed internet services in-flight, integrating satellite connectivity with aircraft cabin systems to ensure a seamless and superior passenger experience. The PM-T will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive leadership within Amazon and external partners. The responsibilities encompass end-to-end ownership of aircraft cabin connectivity product delivery, from ideation through to deployment and scaling across global markets. This position demands a seasoned product leader capable of managing complex technology solutions, driving innovation, and navigating ambiguity with agility. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven decision-making are essential. The PM-T will play a key role in authoring critical documentation and maintaining clear communication channels across teams and leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or cabin systems integration
• 5+ years of experience developing or managing aircraft cabin systems including connectivity solutions
• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery for aircraft cabin management systems
• 2+ years of experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency or lawful status as refugee or granted asylum due to export control regulations
